How to Create a New Outlook Folder For E-mails

To Create a New Outlook Folder For E-mails

To create a new Outlook folder, select File > New > Folder&ldots;

You will be able to name your new folder. Type in the new folder name, and click OK button to add the folder to Outlook folder list.

Then Outlook program will prompt you to save it as a shortcut inside the Outlook bar.

This feature allows you to organize and categorize your e-mail messages to proper folders.
